The Vtuber Card & Artbook Project
What is the Vtuber Project?
The Vtuber Card Project is a self funded deck of 22 Major Arcana Cards based off small or large volunteer streamers. Each Streamer is also given a 2 page layout within our Tarot Artbook of the season. We do two sets each year one for Spring/Summer the other for Fall/Winter.
What are the goals for this project?
We have three main goals that we aim to obtain by doing this project.1. Create a merchandise item that is low risk for large and small creators to join in. Helping to create confidence and awareness to a larger crowd.2. Provide an insight into the process of creating merchandise and helping connect creators together with services.3. Help improve confidence in streamers
big and small.
Funding transparency
Where does the funding go?
The funds made off this projects sales are put towards the longevity of this projects lifetime. As we desire to give
as many people a chance to participate in our projects for as low a cost as possible. This includes fans who are purchasing the product. We are doing our best to be as transparent as possible with where these funds will go.
The breakdown
5% - Marketing (Advertising, Crowd Awareness, and Support)10% - Shipping and Handling Costs (This helps us to reduce how much we charge the customer for shipping merch)10% - Printing, Packaging, and Manufacturing Costs. (Design, Test Prints, Quality Assurance, and covering initial print costs)25% - Project longevity fund (This is a fund to help keep the lights on for this project into the future.)50% Paying the volunteers and Staff (Lil' Artist Studios has been so kind as to volunteer their services and aid for a reduced cost. I've also had many volunteers offer to help so these are to go to them.)
We are doing our best to make these projects affordable for everyone to enjoy and for anyone in the Vtubing space to join with as little judgement as possible. I do my best to provide as much information as possible to every participant who joins our project so they get a clear understanding of what is going on. From Scheduling, meetings, and negotiations I am working my hardest to give everything I can to make this project succeed for everyone involved.

If you are interested in joining this project I'm happy to welcome you aboard! The button below leads to our form for interested participants. As a warning there are only 22 spots open for each round of cards. It is a first come first serve basis for which you get. I do my best to make sure you at least get one of the cards you chose.If you do not get into the current round of cards you will be notified by me BanditflanChan via X or Discord. Do not give up hope though! If you are not accepted into the current round you will be given priority for the next. This means we will send an early access form that lets you be one of the first to pick.

For Volunteers: If you chose to apply please be aware that I will be doing my best to make sure that you are getting more than a baggy of Chips and fruit snacks. I will reach out to you within 2-3 business days to discuss things as well as providing a volunteer info Packet that you may look into.
For Sponsors: If you desire to become a sponsor for this project or any future projects run by Lil' Artist Studios and BanditflanChan please fill out the form below. We will reach out in 2-3 business days to talk over what is being offered and do our best to provide a comprehensive Sponsors Info Packet.
Q&A
Q: What happens if I don't get into the round I applied for?A: You will be given priority for the next rounds applications and we will notify you at that time.Q: If I get into one deck but don't get my first choice can I apply again for another card?A: If you do not get your first pick and make it into a deck you will have two options. You may etheir forefit your spot to another to apply for the next round of cards or you reapply after two rounds. (1 Year) This is to keep things fair as possible for all applicants and to give as many chances for people.Q: What is your policy on AI?A: We do not allow any AI in our work at all. There is a strict no AI policy for references and our work. At no point will AI be used in these cards.
